Cookie policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026.
This policy explains how Passive Ventures, LLC, doing business as MatterPack, uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies on matterpack.io. It should be read with our Privacy & Tracking Notice.
What these technologies do
Cookies and similar technologies can remember a preference, deliver embedded content, measure site use, connect an ad click to later activity, or help show relevant advertising. Some are placed by MatterPack and others by third-party providers.
Technologies we use
| Category | Provider and purpose | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Essential preference storage | MatterPack stores matterpack_privacy_choice in local browser storage to remember whether advertising tracking was accepted or rejected. | Required to remember your choice. Clearing site data removes it. |
| Advertising and measurement | If accepted, the Meta Pixel loads and may set or read Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. It measures visits and selected interactions for attribution, audience creation, and advertising. | Disabled by default until accepted. Reject advertising tracking or reopen Cookie settings. |
| Embedded video | Bunny.net delivers embedded videos and may receive IP address, device, browser, and playback information when a player loads. | You may block third-party content using browser controls; doing so may prevent playback. |
| Hosted fonts and site delivery | Google Fonts and Netlify may receive routine request information needed to deliver fonts and website files. | These requests support site delivery and presentation. |
| Scheduling and external services | Calendly, Meta lead forms, Messenger, Instagram, and email services apply their own technologies after you follow a link or use their service. | Review the provider's controls and privacy notice. |
Your choices
Selecting Reject advertising tracking prevents this site from loading the Meta Pixel before acceptance and stops further Pixel events in the current browser after withdrawal. Selecting Accept advertising tracking permits it. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as rejection for that browser. This choice does not undo earlier disclosures, remove cookies already set, or control video, font, hosting, or linked third-party services. You can change your setting at any time:
You may also clear cookies and local storage or use browser and device privacy controls. Clearing storage may cause the MatterPack preference banner to appear again.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our technology or legal obligations change. Questions may be sent to hello@matterpack.io, Passive Ventures, LLC, North Carolina, United States.
